Sierra View’s Campus Master Plan had included a 118,000 SF West Wing Addition. The goals of the project were to replace the hospital services currently housed in original hospital buildings, add acute care beds and expand hospital services. TAYLOR’s scope of work included the planning and design of a three-story that would house Imaging, Laboratory and an expanded Emergency Department. The 2nd floor would be a partial shell with a 16 bed critical care unit. The 3rd floor would contain 14 LDRP’s (operated as LDR’s), 2 C-section OR’s, nursery, 4 bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and 26 post-partum beds.
