The Scripps Clinic Carmel Valley is a 96,000 SF ambulatory surgery center and a medical office building tenant improvement which encompasses five levels of a contemporary office building.  The ambulatory surgery center has two operating rooms, two GI labs, 16 recovery bays, and a private entrance for patient pick-up. The project also includes a state-of-the-art digital imaging center with a PET/CT Scan, internal medicine, family practice, OB/GYN, pediatrics, allergy, dermatology, procedural dermatology, orthopedics, cardiology, rheumatology, lab services, and support areas.
