Kaiser Permanente had set a goal to create a Template Hospital, fulfilling a long-term strategic plan to develop 13 new or replacement medical campuses over the next 10 years. The Template Hospital will be incorporated into master plans and ongoing site development for specific sites throughout California. Three of these sites already completed are located in Modesto, Antioch and Irvine. To achieve this goal, Kaiser assembled an architecture joint venture team. TAYLOR is a part of this team and was awarded the interior architecture portion of this contract. The Team has worked with Kaiser to translate their mission into a physical environment that reflects the quality of service Kaiser and its members have come to expect.
