The Palm Court I project is a 30,000 SF conversion of a one-story, free-standing office building to an administrative and health clinic for the Kaiser Permanente Inland Empire Member Service Area. The renovation includes a Home Health Pharmacy, a large IV Prep Room; Preventive Medicine including providing offices, exam rooms, consultation rooms, appointment scheduling, a Health Information Library, public reception and waiting, and classrooms; and a 210 square feet shared support space consisting of a Telephone Equipment Room (TER) that supports an adjacent Call Center.
