The 178,000 SF Hoag Hospital Parking Structure is an integral part of campus’ new main entrance courtyard which was relocated to the East Tower Women’s Pavilion. The only available site for the much-needed patient and visitor parking structure happened to be at the most visible corner of the 22-acre hospital campus, the primary point of community interface. It was the Hospital’s desire to meet the community’s needs to provide adequate parking for their patients and visitors in a structure that the community would embrace as a welcome addition for its aesthetics as well as its convenience.
