The 150,000 SF Nursing Tower Renovation project addresses issues of building systems and infrastructure and will meet the requirements of California SB 1953. The 10-story renovation is being completed in complicated five-phased construction schedule while the nursing tower remained operational. The renovation of each floor includes new finishes for corridors and patient rooms and a redesign of the elevator lobbies and waiting rooms.
