TAYLOR has been working with Hoag Hospital to renovate their newly acquired 244,000 SF facility in Irvine. The scope of work includes a complete interior upgrade and an upgraded infrastructure to deliver a hospital for the 21st century. The new Hoag Hospital Irvine, will re-open in 2010 as an acute care general hospital with 154 licensed beds and specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine. It will offer inpatient and outpatient services as well as a fully staffed emergency room and intensive care unit.  The hospital will also provide cardiology outpatient services, orthopedic outpatient services, 12 orthopedic operating rooms, 2 medical surgery operating rooms along with pre- and post-surgery and recovery areas.
