The Garden Grove Medical Office Building, the busiest Kaiser facility in Orange County, is a primary care facility that needed to double the number of providers to continue to serve a growing member base. The project scope added 45,000 SF to the original facility and includes primary care offices and exam rooms, urgent care, a new pharmacy, a renovated blood lab, and large conference rooms to serve both building staff and regional Kaiser staff training needs. The project also included cosmetic remodel of the existing building. All expansion and renovation work were performed without interrupting current services.
