This new Emergency Department is a 15,000 SF replacement and expansion of the existing hospital’s services. The program includes a large acute treatment area with 22 bays designed around a central core nurse station, resuscitation positions, negative pressure infection control rooms, observation room, private treatment rooms, and dedicated x-ray room. The floor plan maintains a balance of privacy and efficiency for staff by implementing a privacy wall between each treatment bay within a contemporary healing environment.
