The Latino Health Access Community Center in Santa Ana will serve as a space for an estimated 5,000 to 7,000 surrounding residents to exercise, play and unwind. Santa Ana is significantly lacking in recreation space, and the community center, built on a half-acre site, will span about 2,500 SF. It will include a multipurpose room, industrial kitchen, office space and restrooms as well as house family centered services such as aerobics, parenting and English as a Second Language Classes. The Latino Health Access Community Center is striving for LEED Silver certification.
