Neal Rinella brings extensive experience in leadership, organization and management to his role as Chief Operations Officer, offering our clients knowledgeable service and efficient project delivery through continued operational improvements. He has initiated many organizational features to promote and insure that TAYLOR staff share their individual experience and knowledge with varying issues that impact planning, design and construction. As Principal, Mr. Rinella has worked collaboratively to complete numerous healthcare projects with St. Joseph Health System, Hoag Hospital, and Scripps Health.
