As President, Randy Regier is responsible for the firm’s strategic vision, overall business performance, and guiding TAYLOR into the future of healthcare design. He oversees the growth of the firm, staff resourcing and development, practice development, and business and financial performance. It is also his personal charge to ensure that the firm consistently delivers a respectful, trustworthy, passionate, and inclusive experience for both clients and employees. As Principal, Mr. Regier brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare design and continues to develop and maintain successful partnerships with clients such as Hoag Hospital, Scripps Health, and Kaiser Permanente.
