The Senior Project Manager will be a part of a healthcare design team, working on all phases of projects from conceptual design through construction document delivery.  Responsibilities and duties include overseeing the production of construction documents, coordinating consultants, supervising staff, reviewing and coordinating shop drawings and developing and maintaining client relationships. Projects will include new construction and remodels of medical offices, complete hospitals and medical campuses.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the efficient production of multiple projects.
• Provide leadership at the project level; interact with clients, staff and consultants.
• Develop the project budget, manage and monitor both production and financial progress.
• Responsible for project profitability and contractual requirements.
• Participates in firm-wide resource allocation planning and forecasting.

Requirements

• Licensed Architect
• 10+ years experience
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• OSHPD Experience preferred
• Knowledge of building codes
• Ability to successfully work with governmental agencies
