The Senior Project Architect will be a part of a healthcare design team and have strong understanding of technical, building code and project coordination issues.  Responsibilities and duties include overseeing the production of construction documents, providing technical lead to project teams, reviewing and coordinating shop drawings and developing and maintaining client relationships. Projects will include new construction and remodels of medical offices, complete hospitals and medical campuses.

• Responsible for overseeing the efficient production of multiple projects including construction documents.
• Provide technical leadership at the project level; interact with clients, staff and consultants.

Requirements

• Licensed Architect
• Solid Technical background
• Type I Construction experience
• 7-10 years experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• OSHPD Experience preferred
• Knowledge of building codes
• Experience in specifications
• Ability to successfully work with governmental agencies

Skills

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• AutoCad experience is desired.
• Proficient in organizing and prioritizing a variety of technical tasks.
• Ability to coordinate and motivate members of the design team.
