TAYLOR is actively seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of five years experience with Revit/BIM to join our growing group of Project Development Technical Specialists. The position being offered provides opportunities to work in a collaborative environment developing diverse project types associated with the delivery of healthcare and programs for wellness. The position also offers opportunities to participate in our on-going studies with the application of 3-D technology and BIM to optimize the quality and efficiencies delivering services to our clients.

The ideal candidate is technically proficient and has a minimum of five years actual project experience with Revit. The candidate is knowledgeable in materials and methods of construction, familiar with building types associated with healthcare architecture, and is familiar with formatting Revit based construction documents.  The candidate has excellent organizational and communications skills, has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, is self motivated, and enjoys working closely with designers, architects and project managers.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in on-going development of 3D/BIM applications and processes
• Production of design documents and construction documents
• Active participation with researching, selecting, designing, and resolving building and materials assembly and details
• Actively participate in quality control and maintaining conformance with office standards for all documentation
• Building of families / block libraries and maintenance

Requirements:
• Architectural background/experience required
• Minimum of five years applicable experience required
• High level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
