The LA County South Health Center Replacement project has officially started construction! Planned to compete April of 2011, the two-level, 31,000 SF building will include Patient Services, Immunization, Community Center, TB/CDT/ERN, STD Clinic, Business Office / Administration, Support Services, PHN/PHI, and Staff Support. TAYLOR has partnered with McCarthy Construction on this Design-Build project, and will be targeting LEED Gold Certification to fulfill the County’s requirements of LEED Silver or better. We envision the South Health Center to ultimately serve as a beacon for the community - a destination where those that gather there can find help; and in that true spirit of community, a sense of belonging.
